Privacy Policy art. 13 EU Reg. 2016/679

In relation to the personal data of which Anfite Holiday Apartments will process with reference to your position, the following notice is provided:

1. Purpose of the processing.

The processing is aimed only atthe performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. The basis of the processing is (i) the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, (ii) compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject.

2. Methods of data processing.

Processing can be done with or without the aid of electronic tools. The treatment is carried out by the Controller and / or by the persons expressly authorized by the same.

3. Provision of data.

The provision of personal data is strictly necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. Any refusal to provide data could make it impossible to establish a business relationship with the Data Controller.

4. Data communication.

Personal data may be disclosed to data processors or to persons acting under the authority of the controller or of the processor and may be communicated for the purposes referred to in point 1 to collaborators and, in general, to all public and private subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1. Personal data are not subject to dissemination.

5. Data transfer and profiling.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union, except with your explicit consent. Data are not subject to profiling.

6. Rights of the interested party.

The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability, to propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.

7. Duration of the Treatment.

Please note that data will be retained for a period of ten years after the completion of the service. This period could be wider if there are reasons related to the exercise of the defense of a right in court or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or there is (or is introduced) a legal obligation of any kind which imposes a longer retention period than the one mentioned above.
