The apartment is located on the second floor of the historic building in Vicolo Aleardi, in the old town center of Peschiera del Garda.

Entering you will find a large living room with a wooden exposed beams ceiling, a sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with  microwave, kettle, fridge and a coffee machine.

The building has an elevator.

The bedrooms are two in toal: one with a bunk bed and the other one with a double bed and a suggestive wooden exposed beams ceiling, in addition to a bathroom equipped with shower and a bidet.

It is possible to use the Wi-Fi connection along all the 70sqm of the apartment, while the livingroom is provided with a 32” flat screen lcd-hd tv; air conditioning/heating system, bed sheets and towels are already included in the price.

This is ideal for families and couples of friends that want to visit the Garda Lake, living the atmosphere of the old town.

The train station is less than 1Km far from the apartment, by walk; the free park is just 500m far from the apartment while the lake just 50m, like the bus stop and the harbour where it is possible to rent boats or take the ferries.
