The apartment is located on the third floor of the historic building in Vicolo Aleardi, in the old town center of Peschiera del Garda.

Entering you will find the first bedroom with two single beds, then the kitchen with a kitchenette equipped with  microwave, kettle, fridge and a coffee machine; next there are the livingroom and the double-bed bedroom separated from each other and also two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The living room and the kitchen face the pedestrian street that connects the harbour with Porta Brescia.

The building has an elevator.

It is possible to use the Wi-Fi connection along all the 80sqm of the apartment, while the livingroom is provided with a 49” flat screen lcd-hd tv; air conditioning/heating system, bed sheets and towels are already included in the price.

This is ideal for families and couples of friends that want to visit the Garda Lake, living the atmosphere of the old town.

The train station is less than 1Km far from the apartment, by walk; the free park is just 500m far from the apartment while the lake just 50m, like the bus stop and the harbour where it is possible to rent boats or take the ferries.
